The Foxhair FarmaVita online store allows you to purchase FarmaVita hair care products european wide. FarmaVita is an Italian company which develops, manufactures and markets high quality professional hair products.

How do I place an order?
Browse the site for items you are looking for and add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select My Cart and select the country you want the products to be send. Then select "Checkout" and follow the instructions to complete your order. There are three stages of the checkout process:
1. Choose a way to pay: If you have a PayPal account please log in. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can enter your debit or credit card information during checkout to complete the payment.
2. Delivery details: Choose the delivery address you would like your order delivered to. You also can add a comment for us.
3. When you have entered all the information correctly click "Pay now" and you will receive an order confirmation.
How many products can I order?
You can order as many products as you wish. To order multiples of the same type please go to My Cart and type in the quantity in box provided.
What are the shipping costs?
Your shipping costs will vary depending on the value of your order and the final destination.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Britain and Ireland estimated 1/2 days. Europe estimated 3/5 days.
All orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. Deliveries can be made between 8am and 7pm for residential addresses and 9am - 5pm for Business addresses.
If you are not present when the parcel arrives the postman/courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If neither of these methods are suitable then a card will be left; this will notify you of how and when to collect your parcel.
Parcels dispatched to all Ireland arrive the next working day.
Parcels dispatched to Britain arrive within two working days.
With this service, you will be sent an email once your parcel has been despatched containing the tracking number to monitor the location of your order. Use this number to track your parcel from around 8pm on the day of despatch via FASTWAY Track & Trace.
Your order may require a signature as proof of delivery, so please ensure that you specify a delivery address where our couriers can obtain a signature. We are happy to send your goods to a work or neighbours address as long as your billing address details match that of the address where your selected credit or debit card is registered to. (subject to credit/security validation)

What happens if my products are damaged or lost during shipment?
All our products are shipped fully insured.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept secure payment via PayPal.

Yes, all prices are incl. of VAT.
We are a VAT registered salon based outside the UK, how do we obtain product Nett of VAT?
No problem, simply communicate your VAT registration number to us and on completion of your online payment we will immediately credit back to your card the VAT amount. Your invoice will be in Sterling and will show no VAT paid.
How do I obtain a tax invoice for my online order?
A printed tax invoice with be included with your order. This is your proof of purchase.
Can I return my purchase?
If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase.... If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decide that you don't want it), you may return it and we will gladly credit your credit card, minus any shipping or handling charges. If the contents of the package is not what you ordered... If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just follow the directions for returning the product. See condition of returns below.
Condition of Returns: Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know you wish to return part or all of your purchase. Explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name and address and the sales number from the packing slip included with your order. For undamaged items, they must be in the original box with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in PERFECT RESTOCKABLE CONDITION. We reserve the right to apply up to our replacement cost of the item if it is returned damaged as a result of improper packing. Please Pack Carefully. Seal the box using shipping tape. Make sure you remove any pre-existing labels or bar codes from the top of the box.
